Welcome to thechillzone.ca website! This website was built with valuable input from youth in Haldimand and Norfolk Counties. We know that teenage years are a time when young people are most at risk to drug use and abuse. We invite you to use this website to find answers for any questions related to drugs and alcohol. We want youth to be as informed as possible when making the decision to use or not to use. We have tried to present facts and information on drugs and alcohol while at the same time making the website as interactive and youth-friendly as possible.

 

Please use the Ask an Expert link to ask questions directly to an addictions counsellor who will respond to your messages within 48 hours. Take a look around and take the opportunity to tell us how you cope with various situations in your life. Share your experience with other youth by posting on the blog and your story might inspire someone else to avoid making the same mistakes in life.
